Plickers

We used Plickers web 2.0 tool for all units we have issued before the project started. I found this tool very useful for making an evaluation of the students knowledge and for consolidation of  the materials they've learned earlier. It is a kind of elecronic test, where the teacher prepares the questions and the students answer them using cards. My students found Plickers very interesting, they thought it was a kind of game. For me, the advantage of this web 2.0 is that you don't have to control the papers of the students by yourself, the system does for you and the students learn the results of the tests immediately. In order to use plickers you need a smart board to show the questions for students and the phone application to scan the cards.
